Good value for money
Only stayed one night but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptional - all very helpful. Breakfast was great, children 10yo and younger are free. Would recommend this hotel.
Hotel located a stone's throw from the pedestrian areas, and with a huge garage. My room was clean, quiet and functional. The staff were exceptionally kind. Only the banal decor disappointed me.

Very warm welcome, car parked in a secure car park and hotel very well located in the city center. Very satisfied with my first night in St Etienne.

Evening as part of a business trip. Correst hotel, but there are no restaurants nearby...very friendly welcome, and very quiet rooms.
Very pleasant staff, neat establishment, impeccable bedding, ideally located, well soundproofed. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, the room with terrace is very nice with a beautiful view of the city. St Etienne deserves to be known, lots of young people and cultural places to see.

Nice staff quiet room
I don't understand why this hotel has three stars. We were well received but the services offered are not up to what is advertised. Indeed it was however indicated in our reservation "a large double bed" when in fact we had a bed just 120cm wide! Very disappointing for the price paid for one night. In addition, the value for money of the breakfast really leaves something to be desired. A sparse breakfast which disappointed us. I'm not sure I recommend this establishment.
Room with terrace on the top floor. A jewel. And the air conditioning in addition very useful when it's 30 in Saint Etienne !!

Good things. Room is almost sound proof. I heard nothing. The AC worked perfectly. And the bed was decent. And a wonderful African-French woman helped me check out. I saw her each night and she was lovely. Lovely! I could walk to coffee, restaurants, and shopping.
Bad things. I couldn't stand up in the shower. Crouched over. No shower curtain. Hotel seemed dark, dated, and depressing. It was nice to have a balcony, but it was a little dirty. Tiny room. Depressing street.
