In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to provide us with your credit card number or to pay a deposit directly to the hotelier. You are kindly requested to plan to arrive at the hotel before 6:00 p.m. and to notify the hotelier in the event of a late arrival.
- For reservations subject to a deposit payment, please note that the reservation remains subject to receipt of the deposit within the allotted time frame. Payment is made in full on site by the customer to the hotelier.
Non-refundable Your stay is beyond the free cancellation period. In case of cancellation or no-show, the following conditions apply : Free cancellation up to 1 day(s) before the arrival date.
After this time, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
This same amount will be charged in case of no-show.
In the case of a credit card guarantee, the cancellation period free of charge is 24 hours before the arrival date. For a cancellation within 24 hours, the amount of the entire reserved stay will be debited! - In the case of guarantee by payment of deposit, these are not refunded in the event of cancellation. - In the event of a no-show, the minimum amount for one night will be charged. Cancellation of reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from us confirming it.
